Instructions- Library Application Form
Read the instructions given below carefully before filling up the application form
1. Make sure that the details entered are correct and as appearing in your official documents. The details submitted through the form will be printed on your library card and no changes will be entertained later.
2. Only one submission is allowed per student. If more than one submission is received from the same applicant, only the application last submitted will be considered valid.
3. All correspondence/ information from the library will be sent to the email address and mobile number provided. Kindly enter valid email and mobile number.
4. You are to go through the Library Rules before filling up the form (Click here for Library Rules) .All library activities are governed by the Rules and Regulations set down by the library.
